Post Sale Support

As a customer-centric organization, post sales support is an important element in our end to end solution delivery. SFO ensures that all products are defect free and reliable during the projected life-time of the product. In the unlikely event of any product needing attention, SFO ensures that it is addressed expeditiously by repair or replacement. SFO has an established RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process in place to get the defective parts back to the factory, provide repair services and promptly deliver the same back to the customer.
