The “Hospital Analytics Dashboard” (HAD) system is a combination of both Data Warehousing and Analytics Solution. HAD visualizes the healthcare information, KPIs and other essential metrics, and analyzes the data and measures the overall performance of a hospital network. The dashboard provides an integrated view of multiple hospitals across multiple departments, service lines and functional lines.
The HAD system combines data from different sources like HIS, RIS and PACS and provides graphical representation of the data with the graphical charts/reports in a web portal. Dashboard System retrieves hospital data from HL7 feeds sent by different hospitals in the network.
The data received from multiple hospital systems shall be processed and stored in a data warehouse. The data warehouse extracts and transforms the data that are integrated from disparate sources. The data warehouse also assists in performing various data analytics for the dashboard portal. The distilled and summarized information is shared to the user in the form of various KPIs and through a number of dashboard reports and charts.
